Itel a56 stuck on logo

Hi guys. I have a problem with my itel a56, it is stuck on logo and I have tried to fix it using research download tool but it is still stuck on logo. I need help please on which software to use or explain to me if I missed something when flashing.

Did you factory reset in recovery after flash?
Do you recall the original firmware build number before flash?
