[Please help] Brick after format MT8163

I have taken a full dump from the device, I am trying to flash with this firmware, I can't find anything else on the internet.
Where did you get this firmware from?

dump with sp flash tool and wwr mtk to extract scatter/preloader/firmware.

after format whole flash, the device stuck to bootrom mode.
i think something changed with preloader after format.
