Flashing custom recovery in unisoc device

I've successfully unlocked my phones bootloader using this guide https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32287.html
But when I try to flash custom recovery it always stuck at writing recovery... What to do? How can I get twrp
Note: I patched twrp img using this guide

First you need to sign the recovery with a private key before flash.

OPEN THE STOCK AND MODIFIED RECOVERY IN THE HEX EDITOR. TAKE OVER PART OF THE CODE (PART ENDS WITH THE WORDS "AT" WITH REPLACEMENT FROM STOCK TO MODIFIED RECOVERY. SAVE

Boot your device into fastboot
Enter the command "fastboot reboot fastboot"
