I need vbmeta_pad.py for Android 11 for my stock vbmeta.img, please help.
I added my stock vbmeta.img to attachments.

the goal is making a custom vbmeta and flashing a twrp or porting twrp. actually, the phone i use has unisoc t310 and i don't have any idea if i can run twrp. we are trying our best but the main goal is flashing twrp.

Can you explain? Like my main goal is TWRP, do i need to do this for TWRP? And how can i obtain rsa4096_vbmeta.pem?
