Hello, good day, my mtn sim works properly. I did a sim swap because the sim was old and it kept working but when I bought a new phone and inserted the sim, it was showing emergency call for about 3 days now. The sim doesn't work in the new phone but it works in other phones. Also, other sims work in the new phone.

Is the SIM 4G SIM? What is the phone model?

Go to your carrier and have them give you a fresh SIM card for your account. There is a possibility that the sunset of 3G has made some equipment no longer usable. Hope it helps!
