X-tigi v18 pro erased preloader

i accidentally deleted the preloader of x-tigi v18 pro on advice of sp flash tool to format flash before downloading. After formatting the firmware downloading fail with "Enable Dram failed" "check your load matches bra bra bra"
To add salt to the wound.... The battery has since drained and the phone does not charge or boot
Still being detected by pc as mtk USB port

There are only 2 firmware versions for this phone available online... One from xda and another from needrom ( I have both) and none will flash.

I need help

I should also mention I've soldered KCOLO to GND and tried to flash the preloader and it failed with the same errors.

After formatting, Did you try flashing only preloader?
