Redmi Note 7 Sim 1 Not Working

Give some details on how this happened. Did you write IMEI at any point?

When I bought this device. The man I buy from , he was using dual Sims with the same IMEI sim 1 (0) and sim2 (8652888********). But IDK how dual Sims were working?
Bootloader was already unlocked. I flashed pixel experience. later on When I insert dual Sims. it's was not working for me.
Note: if I insert single sim everything working fine
If I insert dual Sims
Both the network gone and phone starting to show emergency call on both phones
