Am having trouble flashing this itel phone mostly because I'm not sure which exact model it is..... It was initially working with safaricom Kenya but not sure if it was locked to the network. Note it's a single sim not dual.
I've attached few images to assist identify.

Use CM2 platform detector to find the chipset then the appropriate tool for your chipset to read info
