RED STATE BOOTLOOP KG5p

Hello Community,

I have a Tecno Spark 9 KG5p stuck in bootloop.

The message is : RED STATE Your device has failed verification ans may not work properly. Please download boot image with correct signature or disable verified boot.

Then I try to flash stock rom with SP Flash tool, message is : ERROR : STATUS BROM CMD SEND DA FAIL (OxC0060003)

When I try MTK META Utility to disable Authentication, this is the log.
Waiting for mtk usb device ...ok
BootMode : Preloader (COMx)
Connecting to BootROM...
Force Preloader to BootROM ...crash succeed
Waiting for mtk brom usb device ...

And MTK META app get stuck there, waiting for brom usb device. I can't access recovery anymore but I can access Fastboot mode by using "Reboot fastboot mode" in Mtk Meta app.
In fastboot mode, I launched on cmd, fastboot devices and the phone is well recognise by the app. But all command result in FAILED (remote: not allowed in locked state)

The phone is in bootloop mode with the RED STATE message always.
Sorry for bad english and thank you by advance for tips or any thread to follow.

Hope this phone is not definitely lost.

Then flash nvram,super,nvdata,boot using fastboot

All commands in fastboot result in error : REMOTE : not allowed in lock state
