BOOTLOOP TECNO SPARK 9 KG5p / Error Flashing with SP Flash Tool

I have a Tecno 9 stuck in Bootloop.
A message appears few seconds and the phone reboots. I have tried many combinaison to switch off the phone with Volume+, Vol-, both, with Power button but phone always switch ON itself and shows the error : RED STATE Your device has failed verification and may not work properly. Please download boot image with correct signature or disable verified boot.
Then I decided to flash the stock rom with SP Flash tool. When I hit download and connect phone while keeping volume + button, SP tool detects the phone, try to load file and quickly shows the message : ERROR : STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL (0xC0060003)
I tried to use MTK Meta Utility to disable authetication and this is the log :
Waiting for MTK usb device...ok
BootMode : Preloader (COM10)
Connecting to BootROM...
Force Preloader to BootROM... crash succeed
Waiting for MTK brom usb device...
And it get stuck there until I stop process.
PLEASE is there ANY TIP OR A THREAD TO READ AND FOLLOW?

I follow the tutorial but when I launch command "python mtk w boot boot.img, it seems like phone is not recognise because message is :

Preloader - Status: Waiting for PreLoader VCOM, please connect mobile
Port - Hint:
Power off the phone before connecting.
For brom mode, press and hold vol up, vol dwn, or all hw buttons and connect usb.
For preloader mode, don't press any hw button and connect usb.
If it is already connected and on, hold power for 10 seconds to reset.
While connecting the phone, I have tried keeping vol- alone, vol+ alone, both vol, both volume and power, vol- and power button, vol+ and power button but same message.
"Port - Hint:" message is showing continuously.
