Hello everybody!
I tried to get help by xda-forum but sadly did not. Now it is my second scream for help - on this forum.
I have a rooted blackview BV4900 pro. On 28 of December 2022 I get the message, that a systemupdate is there and it can be installed.
I did not unroot my phone or anything else - I did not think at that moment about that.
So after the file of 2,48 GB was downloaded the installation started, the phone rebooted, there was a white circle in the middle and progress-bar underneath. So the installation was almost completed - I did not look at the screen till the end. Then the screen was black - and I thought the new start will come now and waited for it. But after 5 or maybe 10 minutes did not happened anything. The power-button or other buttons do not bring anything. The screen is black, the phone does not vibrate - but the led light in red when I connect the device to charger or pc. On pc comes the sound, on device-manager I see on COM-Port my phone. It connects/disconnects all the time. And I cannot flash it with sp flash tool, it comes the error that means my phone was not switched off. I think, to flash the stock boot-image will be enough to solve the problem.
What can I do now?
How can I revive the phone?

Hello Abdulakeem14!
This is the message from sp flash tool and the discription.

Disconnect and reconnect the battery, then try again.
If that doesn't work, then flash with MTK Client @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-40866.html

You're supposed to choose USB auto detect not UART. Also, you don't need to disconnect after running that command in mtk client

Yes, I do it so. But no success.
How can I "disconnect" the battery without opening the smartphone? With a special wire?
