Flash your vbmeta with this command

fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img

Sorry for the late reply, when I flash it with those arguments it pops an error saying can't find AVB_MAGIC @ offset 0

I think it has verified boot, am not sure.
Is there a way to disable verified boot.
