i bought tecno t528 device and it says the phone has 8mb ram and 16mb internal storage but that is not what i saw on booting the phone and the java memory capabilities in low is their a way to ajust or fix any of the stated issues

maybe its just a restriction on the model itself
Have you reset it? Have you seen anyone with this model doing what you can't on yours?

No but with the 8mb ram and 16mb rom i expected it culd do more
