Struggling to root / backup tablet

I bought a tablet on AliExpress (I knew that it would be a dodgy one but that's part of the fun). Pad Pro Max
I'll pass on the scam I've been through.
Here is what I am trying to do : Install PixelExperience (11) GSI as my tablet support aonly.
However before doing that I need to do a backup as the firmware is unfindable on the web.
To backup I need to root.
To root I need the firmware. So I'm looking for a bit of help, I have tried the MTK tools (yes it's a MT6750) but get errors. Tried MiracleBox but nothing happens.
My firmware seems to be P30_MT6750O_5M_EMMC_DDR3_256_32_HDP_YTX_HP_P70_Tab_10_3200_20220915-094756
Currently running Android 8.1 and have no recovery (Only some diag tool it seems)
If anyone has any idea it would be great !
