Not available. Anything wrong with your device?

No. I have to bootloader unlocked and I'm not quite sure which rom go flash it with to root it. I bought the phone sight unseen and it's turns out to have a custom rom because it's a free government phone.

You can backup with https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-40865.html and root with the boot.img from your backup
