Black Screen After Flashing TWRP From The Tool

im having problems after flashing the TWRP IMG using the tool u posted because after flashing using your tool and shut down and boot to recovery what i encountered is a black screen only nothing else and no vibrations on the touch
I dunno where i was having a mistake

Samsung Galaxy J7+ SM-C710F/DS
phone chipset
Mediatek Helio P20 (MT6757)? i dunno im not quite sure yet
