Totally dead Moto E6 Plus
(16-12-2022, 10:01 PM)Windows Vista Hi, I've recently received a Moto E6 Plus (4/64gb version) for repairing, but the phone is not giving any sign of life, only the charging led is visible. I tried flashing the stock ROM using sp flash tool but the phone is not getting detected by the PC in any way, the windows device manager does not show hardware changes and the phone doesn't responds to any hardware key such as power button and volume buttons.Connect without the battery, see if it get detected.
Any suggestion will be highly appreciated ?

does device manager refresh when you connect?

does device manager refresh when you connect?
That's the problem, device manager doesn't refresh when I connect the phone
