Hi, I've recently received a Moto E6 Plus (4/64gb version) for repairing, but the phone is not giving any sign of life, only the charging led is visible. I tried flashing the stock ROM using sp flash tool but the phone is not getting detected by the PC in any way, the windows device manager does not show hardware changes and the phone doesn't responds to any hardware key such as power button and volume buttons.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated ?

So far it shows a light, it should at least get detected unless there's a port, cable, hardware, or driver issue. How did it go dead?
