Hello,

I have a phone which has no volume buttons, after making a dump of the rom and flashing it again, it asks me for a password to boot the device, I can't access recovery mode because it doesn't have volume buttons,

What can I do?

What you can do is to format the userdata and cache partitions. Try SP flash tool method explained here https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21638.html

You wiped only these two partitions?
Try to reflash the firmware

if you are using CM2, try force WIPE option only. it will erase and device will work

I flashed it full with the userdata and cache partitions still asking for the password.
If I don't flash them the phone doesnt boot
