[Please help] Honor NEM-TL00 recovery ROM update.

Is update.hicloud.com down? Have they moved to a new site? Been trying to download some update but the site returns with errors. Where else can we download recovery ROM updates from? I need to recover honor NEM-TL00. All am getting is the ROM for flash tool. Unfortunately the phone can't go into download or fastboot mode. Only recovery.

The page has been moved. They use HiSuite proxy now to acquire the update
