Please help, my Iphone xr is having baseband issues and I already restored unknowingly. M now I'm stuck on "unable to activate" page.. Is there a way I can bypass this and just use WiFi with it for the time being..

Have you tried to flash the latest IPSW?

It's on the latest 16.2 ipsw
