Hi there, I own a cheap local phone with SC7731E chipset. I am trying to root it as it's not working much good with stock. 

fastboot oem unlock/ flashing unlock doesn't work. I have tried to unlock it with identifier token. but the command doesn't also work. 

What should I do now?
