Hello,

I got all the ROM from SP Flash tools, now I want to edit system.img and change bootanimation and add some system apps.

How can I add system apps?

When I repack the system.img, I get a much smaller image than the original and when I flash, the phone goes straight to fastboot and doesn't boot, but if I flash the original image works.

Hello,

I've got all the ROM from sp flash tools, when I repack the folder where I unpacked everything gets a smaller size than the system.img file, when I repack, I also get a smaller size even that I use make_ext4fs with the correct size.

So when I flash the system.img the phone goes straight to bootloader and doesn't boot.

How can I fix this?

Also, I want to add system apps to the system.img, how can I do that?

Add ,them to verious folder when I unpack it.

How did u get the image .did u do a read back?

Make only a very small change like in build.prop so you can tell if its the mount and unmount process or the changes you made that is the problem

Even if I don't make changes doesn't work, gets bootloop.

Also the phone doesn't have volume buttons so theres no way to access recovery.
