two days ago in the morning update coming officially for my phone i have ( infinix Hot 12 pro X668 ) so i go to settings system update i try update my device but after little abit downloading i get Errors update Failed!!! first time in my life i see like this message [emoji23] im using officially system also and my phone is not Rooted so let me give u are some important information.
my Device Build Number is : X668-F162-12.0-GL-V038-20220620 this is my current Build Number now im trying to update to this version : X668-F162-12-0-Gl-V217-20221031
update size is ( 891 MB )
device have 8GB Ram + 128 GB ROM
i will attach the photo for u are please if anyone have any information help me i will appreciate thanks alot guys [emoji7]

Is the device bootloader unlocked?
Make sure you are connected to internet until the update process finishes
