this phone has sim lock i reset with miracle tool but then dead and not geting download mode but when i press 1=3 without battry spd port making and flashing possible but i need .pac file i tried much more times
please give me solution

Use Octoplus if you have access to it

No sir I don't have octoplus tool I tried one time with octopus tool but didn't flash how can make pac file for samsung b350e with samsung Ap bl and cse file I need only download mode then I flash with Odin or other
