Hi guys, I need your help.
I wanted to update my old tablet Teclast P10HD EEA with Unisoc SC9863A
I followed the instruction from manufacturer website (from this zip)- installed drivers, opened firmware pak file and hit flash while holding vol down button.
After that I was getting different error messages User Canceled (No I didnt), Filed to flash etc.

Now the tablet is not turning on, I can't flash it by Teclast older tool or never SPD Research Tool R25.20.3901 from here.
I get Checking Baudrate - Waiting message only.

Device is visible under COM Ports in Windows as a SPRD U25 Diag not sure if I have correct drivers installed.

Please point me to any direction because I have no idea what to do now with this brick.

Thanks for your reply. I will definetely read this. I did some resarch on my own but no luck getting flashing my device.
I installed bunch of different drivers, don't even know if I have the correct ones right now. Is my device properly seen by Windows?
Some people suggest to drain the battery or unplug it. But its not easy to open this device for me. I tried. I was at 87% or something when the flash failed so waiting untill it gets to 0% on turned off device could take weeks.

They are quite easy to open, just a piece of plastic, they are not glued, just clicked into the hinge.
The battery is connected to the mainboard with a connector.

I think you have the correct drivers "SPRD U2S Diag"
Try an older version of the SPD Research Tool R21.0.0001
The battery does not need to be connected during flashing if you check Keep Charge in the Research Tool settings.
