Update:I fix the IMEI number but the 2g/3g signal dont show only lte.. my phone is infinix zero 5g

Could be https://www.hovatek.com/blog/how-to-chec...oid-phone/ but in your case maybe 2G/3G msmatch..unless the issue is from the NVRAM. Ask others with this same model if they have the same issue with the network service provider you're using
