Hello, please someone help me out. I have this infinix smart HD 2021 which is only showing a battery charging logo. I have tried to flash it with latest SWD after sale but I am receiving an error STATUS BROM CMD STARTCMD FAIL. I have tried older versions but they say DA files missing. I have tried sp flash tool but no success. Where am I going wrong?

I have tried to this process https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-37957.html but the phone flashed upto 60% and it disconnected. I took the phone to carlcare center and they told me to buy a new motherboard but I have a strong feeling this phone can be revived.
When I try flashing it woth SWD after sale, it either gives me a Invalid da files or brom cmd startcmd timeout errors. Is there a custom DA file that I can use to flash the phone or is there another effective way of doing it? Pls help
