i was using my phone and it just shut off in my face. Thought the battery died out but then i got a new battery and realized it wasnt the battery that was the problem. the phone is being detected as qualcomm hs usb on my computer. ive tried many methods but none of them worked. can someone help me

It is stuck in Diag mode. You need to flash the firmware
