After a private support from Hovatek my LG K40S was repaired  (thanks to Enigma) but I lost my IMEI1, IMEI2 and SN. I was able to restore only IMEI1 using PDM option in LGUP. I didn't find option in LGUP to restore IMEI2 and SN.

I followed the forum guides to restore IMEI2 and SN with Modem Meta, Maui META and SN Write Tool but they all need the BPLGUInfo and APDB files. I'ts supposed to have that file in my system/etc/mddb folder but i don't have the mddb folder in my system. I looked in other system folders and didn't find any BPLGUInfo files. I found only APDB_MT6765_S01__W1946 and APDB_MT6765_S01__W1946_ENUM files inside \vendor\etc\apdb\ folder.

Can someone help me? Thanks.

You don't need those files to use modem meta
Are you sure your current firmware supports Dual SIM?

Hey Max, thanks for help.

Yes, the device is dual SIM. The device had an original "closed" carrier firmware and I changed it to an "open" carrier firmware for the same model. I was able to restore IMEI1 in LGUP but IMEI2 has a wrong number.
I followed the Modem Meta guide ( https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-31577.html ) and when I click "Load DB From Target" I get the message "NVRAM database is successfuly loaded". So i type the imei 1 imei2 and when i click "Write", Modem Meta failed with the error "Write IMEI to target failed".

Any idea what is wrong?

I found both files using the Mtk Meta Utility program. The MDDB file was located in /data/vendor_de/meta/mddb and the APDB file was located in vendor/etc/apdb. Even using both files I still get error when trying to write IMEI. When I use the mddb file with Maui META I get this error "please check the versions of load and nvram database are same."

Can you backup the NVRAM of the phone?

Yes, I did it now. I have nvram.img and nvdata.img files from a dump made with mtk-client. I also have the _nvram.map and _nvram.dat files extracted with MTK Meta Utility. Are these files? What to do now?
