Hello!

I ran into a problem with an oukitel wp17 phone. During a software update, I received a "verified boot is enabled error" error message. I read on the forum here too, but I couldn't find a solution to the problem. I downloaded the software published by the manufacturer and the program from the manufacturer's website (https://oukitel.com/pages/download-center), but it does not work. Could you help me? I'm stuck.

Backup current firmware using mtk client @ How to use MTK Client to backup Mediatek firmware (hovatek.com)
Then flash the downloaded firmware using SP Flashtool @ How to use SP Flash Tool (hovatek.com)

Had you rooted the phone prior to the update?

no.  I wanted to upload the factory firmware, since the device kept restarting at random intervals since the first power on.  it had the factory firmware with android 11.

I tried, it throws that error message on another file.  only super, and it allows you to add 1-2 more partitions, but the phone still can't be turned on.

I deleted all the "-verified.img" files, but kept the other one with the same name from there (md1img.img remained instead of md1img-verified.img), but it didn't work either.

unfortunately I'm completely out of ideas, I don't know what else I can do.  I tried to contact oukitel customer service but they didn't help.  I have now taken it to a gsm service near where I live (Budapest, Hungary) to see if they can do something with it.
