Heĺo havatek please I need Samsung a13 testpoint ....my device is password locked and have try hard reseting...not working so I want to use test point to connect to PC so I can bypass

You can format the frp partition using SP Flash tool and mtk bypass method.
First back up firmware using wwr tool + Mtk bypass @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html
Mtk bypass @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-37957.html
Then use the scatter file generated to format the frp partition, see @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21638.html

where can i find emmc files for this phone?? because the samsung s13 lte is qualcomm not mediatek
