Please I need help in rooting my phone infinix note 5, after upgrading it to android 10 which supports seamless updates and others. I have carried out a lot research but can't find the TWRP recovery img file online. I wanted to flash in the lineage-19.1-20220719-UNOFFICIAL-arm64_bvS.img.xz firmware and I don't know how to start about it. If there is anyone who can help me with this, honestly I will be very grateful.

Do you have a stock firmware backup?

Before flashing a custom rom, you need to disable dm-verity, get rid of the product partition and probably the patched boot.img magisk patched.

No I don't have any of the backup files. I will be willing to follow any guidelines you give me and will help to the success of rooting and flashing of custom rom

U don't need root to flash custom ROM
Just flash it in fastbootd mode

Just follow
The procedure
On a/b device

fastboot devices
fastboot --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
fastboot reboot fastboot
fastboot getvar is-userspace
fastboot erase system

fastboot delete-logical-partition product_insertslothere
Example
fastboot delete-logical-partition product_a
fastboot delete-logical-partition productb

fastboot flash system system.img
