This is my brother's phone. He was using Facebooking. Suddenly the phone has been hanged. Then it was not respond. Then he remove battery and tried to open phone. But now it's seems dead. No response. and No charging screen. just dead. What should I do now? Can it fix? Please help me.

Launch Device Manager, Connect to PC and hold power button for 30 secconds. Does device manager refresh?
