Can't backup QCN from TWRP recovery

I've installed TWRP recovery to backup QCN file, but I can't find it or backup it in recovery mode, I've just found efs file

You can edit the fstab file and add the qcn there

Thx in advance.

Use AIK to unpack the recovery. In ramdisk, locate the recovery.fstab (or twrp.fstab) then you can add extra mount points.
EFS already contains all radio and modem info though

Unpack recovery
Open ramdisk/system/etc/twrp.fstab
And add the file mount point u want

Yes but how to extract it from the phone ?
Or you mean unpack a new TWRP recovery, edit it, and then flash it again?
