I flashed custom rom with "Format all + Download" Option and my IMEI is erased

I tried :-

1. SN Write Tool : Phone stuck at meta mode after step where we enter IMEI number

2. MAUI Tool : Failed to fetch db file from phone
3. <Sometime> Box tool , without device, usb only( from Hovatek forums ) : it a not able to detect the device.....

No other tool tried
because now i am hopeless
