I flashed the stock rom which "Format All + Download" option and my both imei numbers are gone

Until Now i had tried :-
SP WRITE Tool, which fails after filling the imei number and also stucks in the meta mode during the process
MAUI tool, which connects properly but unable to extract the database from the device
