Hello gents.
I'm new in the forum and please, I need your help to solve a problem with my op7pro phone. 
A few days ago I was trying to activate volte using the PDC tool, everything was fine and I was able to load the mbn files with the PDC tool, the problem occurred when I tried to disable one of the ROW Commercial mbns by mistake, I made a mistake and gave disable SR_DSDS-LA-7+7_mode-SM8150, when I realized It was already too late, try to activate it again so I can't do it anymore. By making that mistake I lost the cell signal on both sims and also the phone's Wi-Fi. I used the MsmDownloadTool, to recover the phone but I still can't activate that option that I disabled by mistake. As you will see in the screenshot, the PDC indicates that this option is PENDING and it is not possible to activate it again. Please I hope you guys can help me.

If you can't activate on right-click then try restoring an EFS/QCN backup if you have one
