Follow the link in my previous commentI just ran tried flashing it using spflashtool, and it gave me the error it threw out at the beginning. I also ran mtk-bypass right before opening spflashtool and I set up the connection properly. I think I got the error again because when it just got stuck, I was running it under Windows, but now under Linux it throws out an error again. The same thing happens if I run spflashtool as root, and I can't run the bypass script as root.
