I think it will not install android 11 or 12 rom, because the boot size you have 32MB, android 11 and 12 have 64MB

I think CAOS could work without any problems, I use both Android 10 on Unisoc and android 11 on MTK, both work.
You just need to either edit super.img or delete the product before flashing, I personally edit the firmware by repack super.img https://sourceforge.net/projects/trebler...020.10.29/
