And have you tried the second sim on another phone?
Both sims work but before I can't use my second sim without switching data connection
Which means I will have to make any sim I want to use the data enabled sim either one or two

Is it that before you can make call or send SMS on a sim, you have to make that sim your data enabled SIM?

Backup your data and try factory reset
