You first need to backup your firmware so we know the build number.
Armed with the build number, we get the right firmware to unbrick it hopefully without data loss.

hi ive tried to follow the guide but when i get to the point of getting a readback nothing happens?

Did u get detection on device manager?
Or u did not install the vcom signed driver
