backup the phone firmware to obtain the build number and Look for the phone firmware firmware with same build and flash except userdata

im just as confused. the only thing its ever been plugged in to is a plug charger

You first need to backup your firmware so we know the build number.
Armed with the build number, we get the right firmware to unbrick it hopefully without data loss.

We could use the scatter file to dump your recovery.img only

hi ive tried to follow the guide but when i get to the point of getting a readback nothing happens?

Did u get detection on device manager?
Or u did not install the vcom signed driver
Please let's see screenshots of errors
