Hi, my phone has decided to start producing the red state loop unprompted and I'm very worried as I cant lose the data or app data/access on the device.

If anyone can help with this I would be eternally grateful!!

Nothing at all it ran out of battery and upon recharge it was in the red state

Ur phone can not be in red state ,is either you flash some wrong file or u were trying to root.

ive never flashed anything and ive never rooted either ??

i really did just charge it like normal turn it on and all of a sudden its saying red state restart in 5 seconds thing

im just as confused. the only thing its ever been plugged in to is a plug charger

I really need to get back into my phone even if its just once, im willing to pay anyone that can do it

backup the phone firmware to obtain the build number and Look for the phone firmware firmware with same build and flash except userdata
