Tecno cc7 Bluetooth keeps stopping

Hello I've got this device which shows Bluetooth keeps stopping " after every 3-4 secs I tried to clear Bluetooth app data ,factory reset via both menu and recovery not working I think if I unstall Bluetooth app it could work is this a good idea or I need to fully flash the phone presently I have root by( did miracle box backup and patched boot image using majisk and flashed it after unlocking oem  only) besides it shows single imei instead of two wifi not also working.

Flash back factory firmware first

Yes I flashed the provided in the forum still the same any way forward???

Might be a hardware issue. Have it looked at
