It's a Mediatek MT6737M, it is one year and one week old, but Banggood says warranty was only one year... (despite here in Europe being 2 years mandatory for every store)

Phone is bootlooping in red state, thus bricked. I just want to repair this.

Sp Flash Tool:
Firmware upgrade: fails with error "failed to get PMT info"
Download only: fails with error 5072/4008
Format:  fails with error 4010
Memory test: ok!

Tried 3 different PC and 3 different cables.

"MediaTek DA USB VCOM" driver being correctly loaded

Can't flash using fastboot:

fastboot flashing unlock, then pressing "UP" button: Unlock failed - Err:0xffffffff

fastboot getvar all:

What's the model and how did it end up in red state?

Hi hovatek, thanks for the reply

It's an Oukitel C19. I found it like that, wasn't even being used when that happened. Strange?

Never tried to flash, get root or anything alike.
