Hello! I would like help with unbricking my QMV7B

If i try to flash with SP Flash Tool the device disconnects from windows and SP Flash Tool shows S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004)

I think what is wrong is i need a compatible DA file, but DA files are hard to find, especially for this device

Chipset is MT8125, but SP Flash tool detects it as MT6589, and it seems to use MT6589 scatter file, also is detected by Windows as MT65xx Preloader and MT65xx Phone

Anyone who can help? Thanks!

(my dad set my google account name lol, it's a joke about oatmeal)

If I hold the Volume + button while plugging in the tablet, it does not automatically disconnect but SP Flash Tool stays at 0% and Device Manager shows a warning icon by the Preloader driver, not sure why.

(EDIT: Now suddenly I'm getting error 1013 and no warning icon 90% of the time no matter what I do. This is so unpredictable! Then I tried reseating the ribbon cable for the USB port inside the tablet, now I'm getting that warning icon by the Preloader driver and no detection by SP Flash Tool)

Kitkat, don't hold any button when connecting and the default DA should work just fine.
Just take out and re-insert the battery.
Are you certain you have the right firmware?

I noticed that using mtkclient actually causes it to enter DA mode!

But it is not detetcted in SP Flash Tool, mtkclient says "Preloader - [LIB]: ←[31mStatus: Handshake failed, retrying...←[0m", it seems to not work either.

Got the firmware from needrom, it's for a different device, but it has the same CPU. I'm just using it as a test and if it works i was going to try to clone the system.img from a working QMV7B and flash that. Will using the wrong image cause this issue? I'm only trying to flash system.img by the way.
