What were you doing before the phone went into boot loop ? Try flashing factory firmware download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-26041.html

Is there a way I can flash it using SD card? Charging port is damaged and VCHG gold point is plucked out.
Or is there an alternative to VCHG?

I suspect it was a failed update.
