After downloading the OTA update, I was ask to restart device..after i clicked restart the phone went off and it never reboot..I on it ..but stuck at bootloop showing only android one and went off by itself, boot again ,stuck at android one and off again .

Had the phone been rooted before the update?
Have you tried booting into recovery mode and doing a factory reset?

The phone was never rooted ...I later saw the scatter file but encountered this error ...even after trying several USB I did not work..Same error.
