Hi , I was enjoying my rootet Essential phone until it did weird and while I tryed to fix it I think I messed the phone up. So I do get the orange message with the device software can't be checked and then the Essential logo in a bootloop. I did remove the red warning with your fix.img. I somehow can upload the recovery image of Lineage but no succes with TWRP. I can get in the bootloader and I'll manage to get in the android recovery again but that's it. When I want to use adb sideload, it shows my phone but when uploading a file, the phone is not migrated according to my pc (checked in device manager while flashing zip) don't know if that's the problem. I allso did erase system a and b...... Double click on flash.all it shuts down the screen when it's done but never get to see confimation of installed. I think when I get TWRP.img and TWRP.ZIP installed the phone comes back to live. Can you please help me fix my problem.

Do you have the stock rom?

Sure, sending TWRP in fastboot writing the img. Confirmed okey. But reboot in active slot straight in bootloop to bootloader. Set slot b to active and I can get in Android recovery. From there to side load the system file, also confirmed installed and status 1. Starting the phone goes in bootloop.

Sure, sending TWRP in fastboot writing the img. Confirmed okey. But reboot in active slot straight in bootloop to bootloader. Set slot b to active and I can get in Android recovery. From there to side load the system file, also confirmed installed and status 1. Starting the phone goes in bootloop.

I got TWRP working, but side loading is not possible. It says 'Unable to find partition for path '/cache'' , maybe someone knows how to fix that?

TWRP has an image flash option, you can try that. What is the error in fastboot? share a screenshot
Try https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21791.html and see if the phone can enter EDL

I istalled TWRP in fastboot and flashed the img. file.
Sorry, made a mistake I guess. Nothing worked so tryed to install Lineage. I managed to install Lineage recovery. It is on slot b. The system is trying to boot LineageOS but gets stuck in bootloop. I tryed to get in Android recovery but no luck. Recovery keeps comming back on slot b the Lineage-recovery. And as I said it is not connecting regognized on pc. So also not that short sound (peep) when you connect a device to the pc.

do you have any firmware (stock or custom) that is confirmed to work on this model?
