I am trying to unlock the bootloader of my Itel A56 W6004 
Whenever I use the below ADB command 

Code:

fastboot oem unlock

I keep getting this error;

FAILED <remote: 'unknown cmd.'>
fastboot: error: Command failed

and Whenever I use the

Code:

fastboot flashing unlock

I keep getting this error;

FAILED <remote: 'Not implemet.'>
fastboot: error: Command failed

Please how do I unlock the bootloader of this device?

Just an FYI; I have the OEM unlocking enabled in developer settings.
