I have an one masstel x9 phone has come with unisoc sc9863a processor. i unlocked bootloader but while flash every .img file on fastboot its stuck at writing... and not finish helpp mee

Reboot to recovery and press to Enter fastboot
or adb reboot-fastboot

flash empty vbmeta
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img

Don't know about your phone but its often one of two options:
1. You need to build a custom vbmeta like @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32664.html
2. If your brand uses the bootloader unlock .pem to sign partitions also then do like @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-40911.html
